Orielle Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the Orielle Affiliate Program.
By joining, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must provide accurate information, including your name and email.

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate.

After Approval

Once your application is approved:

  • We will contact you personally to collect:

    • Your bank details (for commission payouts)

    • Your social media account information (for verification + collaboration)

  • Your affiliate link and discount code will be activated only after this step.

How the Program Works

  • After approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link and discount code.

  • You earn commission every time someone makes a purchase using:

    • Your affiliate link, or

    • Your discount code at checkout.

  • Commissions will be calculated only on successful, completed, and non-refunded orders.

Commission Rate

  • The standard commission rate is 12% per confirmed sale (unless a different rate is agreed individually).

  • If the order is refunded, cancelled, or considered fraudulent, the commission is void.

Payment

  • Payments are made manually (bank transfer / e-wallet / local preferred method).

  • Affiliates must provide valid payment details.

  • Payments are processed within 7–14 days after the end of each month.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote Orielle products honestly and accurately.

  • Not make false claims about product functionality or benefits.

  • Not engage in spam, fake accounts, bought traffic, or misleading advertising.

  • Follow all platform rules (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Prohibited Actions

The following actions will lead to immediate removal from the program:

  • Misleading promotions or fake promises to customers

  • Using discount codes on your own orders

  • Creating coupon websites or promo code sites using your affiliate code

  • Running ads on the Orielle brand name or bidding on branded keywords

  • Offensive, unethical, or fraudulent activities

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate any affiliate account at any time

  • Remove unpaid commissions if the affiliate violates the policy

  • Reject commissions generated through suspicious or fraudulent activity

You may also leave the program anytime by contacting us directly.

Brand Protection

Affiliates may not:

  • Modify the Orielle logo

  • Claim ownership of Orielle designs or products

  • Pretend to be an employee or representative of Orielle

  • Use Orielle’s brand name in a negative, harmful, or misleading context

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued participation after updates means you accept the new Terms.
